Staff need training in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was in CNA Southgate branch on Saturday and was part of a long line to people waiting at the cashiers. Upon investigating why we were standing in line for a long time, we discovered that there was only one cashier available. From my position in the queue I could see down the aisle to where the staff room is and numerous members of staff were entering and exiting that room. I recall someone asking a staff member to find another cashier and the response was "I will go look for her".
I then called the manager from my cellphone while in store and requested that he please come to the front to explain to us why we standing in a long queue. His response was "the other lady is on lunch and I'm looking for her" as for my request for public explanation, he said "I'm coming". Your staff being on lunch is not our fault or our problem, and neither is the fact that you cant manage your staff!!
I eventually walked out WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING.
I will not be shopping at CNA again, I find it disgusting that especially in the Edcon Group the further south of Johannesburg you go, the worse the service becomes.
