No assistance with heavy items

Firstly, the trolleys would not come apart and no one bothered to help me, they just looked and carried on chatting. Secondly, i walked in the store (which was very quiet) and walked up to a gentleman that was unpacking the brandy and asked him very politely to assist me in getting a case of whisky. He in turn replied, with a very rude manner that it was the wrong aisle and i must look in the next aisle! I was shocked but decided to just go on. I then got a case that was already packed and stocked on the shelf (at this point i was carrying a whole case by myself without any assistance from the employees). )Please note that i am a WOMAN so a case of whisky is not very light). I then moved over to a till and when I asked the lady to assist me in getting someone to help carry it to the car she just looked at me almost confused, said something to her co worker and then HE just pushed a trolley towards me and left! That is SHOCKING! I am not happy at all and will DEFINITELY think twice before i return to a store where no one helps you, come to think about it, i should have never bought there in the first place. Those employees definitely need to be taught how to show some courtesy!!!
