Disgusting Attitude and Service

Ordered goods with embroidery. Incorrect embroidery and shocking sizes on the shorts. When phoning to request assistance to sort out issue Mr Poobie Naidoo himself was uninterested and handed the phone to his staff members who in turn are so rude with poor attitudes. For a service industry business like this to have no interest or desire to sort an issue out is disgusting. I am not surprised that non of the staff are concerned about assisting us when the owner and boss of the store is himself not interested. I was informed that I should have tried on the shorts when ordering them as the staff know they are small cuts however when busy in the store when ordering not one staff member advised us of this and when checking up in the store the following week we were still not advised of this. Disapointing!
