Not reliable

I went to clicks last week to buy an ointment for my 1 year old son. I was told it wasn't there and they had to order it. I was also told to come in the next days to collect it, 7 days later, they still don't have the ointment. This is getting out of hand as it's not the first time it has happened. First time I was told they are out of stock of antibiotics for infants, we are dealing with people's lives here. Respect your customers.
