Complaint at the pharmacy

I went to clicks on the 12 february 2013 to buy something for canker sores i spoke to a pharmacist on duty and i showed her my sores and she gave me a ointment beta vira a clicks product, i purchased the product believing it was the right product i bought it i applied the cream it started giving me a throat irritation and my mouth became dry so i then read the leaflet inside and it stated that it was not to be used in the mouth only on the lips, so on the 13 february in the morning i went to clicks for advice on what to do in this regards, i met ashwin with another pharmarcist and i told them my story, this guy has a bad attitute and told me they cant take the ointment back and it is my loss that i was given wrong medication if i have a problem with that i mustcall the paharcist council, when i asked him his name he was so sarcastic that he shouted and told i must tell him whom am i going to report him to he even laughed at me in front of his coloeague, i have seen how he treats costomers his service is so unprofessional and corky
