Prescription meds not ordered as promised

Prescription given to pharmacist at Clicks pharmacy in Eco Boulevard Centurion. They told me there was no stock and will order. I can collect it after 2 days. After 2 days and 54 km I went back to collect the meds, but there was nothing, No one knew about the order and upon investigation, it was found the prescription wasn't even signed and processed. The "don't care" attitude is exactly what people warned me about.
