EPIC FAIL!!! Clicks

Hi there I am extremely annoyed with Clicks! I saw a Clicks TV ad on the 24th Sept advertising Baby soft toilet rolls (18) for R75.00. I went to Clicks Southdowns this morning to make my purchase, only to be told that they 'have not received stock of this product.' 'Maybe you must check tomorrow around 5pm.'
This is PATHETIC!!

NOTE TO CLICKS MARKETING/DISTRIBUTION/OPERATIONS: Ensure that the stock is in your stores before you start advertising during prime time TV. This is extremely annoying and frustrating as a customer - not only have I wasted MY time, but my money and petrol too.
