Account payments are made but not coming down

I went to Morkals at the Alberton branch on Saturday 22 November 2013, I went to go pay my account like I do each month (account is in areas, because I am unemployed). I pay the account each month but it is not coming down I asked Puleng the lady who assisted me to explain to why the account is not coming down, all she said was because of insurance, I told her that it can't be because of the insurance, because that is too much she just looked at me. While I was speaking to her and asking to be assisted she made a call and did not bother with me as the client. I told her my account is in areas and I pay it each and every month just to pay it off and close it. I also asked for a statement so that I can see a breakdown of everything I paid and maybe I will be able to see why it is not coming down. For the last few month in my calculations I have paid about 8000.00 but it didn't come down.

Please assist me hello peter I just want to be treated fair and not pay for something I don't even see decreasing.
