Not delivering on time

I On the 16-09-2013 I went to Centurion Mall at Fossil store to get my watch fixed, there then said it will only take 6 weeks to get it repaired. I guess that 6 weeks was 3 months I then called them several times to find out, what the heck is going on there since they are not keeping their promises. I then called them today on the 22-11-2013 then I spoke to a lady named Ayanda said she will get back to me after 30min I guess that was also 2hours as she never called me back. I am sick and tired of this people I want my watch back before month end of Novembe
