RECEIVES SHORT ORDER, THEN WRONG ORDER

I am feeling extremely frustrated at this point and feel as if I never want to deal with homechoice ever again!!! I don't have the exact dates but it was a while back that I ordered the two scatter cushions from your sale section online, it is R99.00 for two. Deposited the money into your bank account, when the box came there was only one cushion and a free gift. I let homechoice know via message on facebook as well as email. Then I was told that you will send the other cushion. Got notification from the post office to collect the item, and not to my surprise it was the wrong cushion!!! How unprofessional can a company be!!! Then I let them know and they send me a facebook message explaining the process to send it back. Now I have to go through all that trouble because of your stupid mistakes! I really feel that its not my responsibility, you are unprofessional and its more an inconvenience to shop from you. I want you to send my correct item with a courier whom I can then give the incorrect items to bring back to you. Please take responsibility for your mistakes. DO NOT INCONVENIENT ME, I AM A CLIENT!
