As I Have reported this matter before, I ordered a 12 piece set at Homechoice last year November. They delivered in December a wrong order four small scattered pillows in a big box. Notified them and asked for my correct delivery, they responded and said they no longer have the 12 set it's out of stock, said that I must post back the parcel. So I was the one who must lose here all for nothing. Then I post it back. In January they started calling me saying my account is in areas, I said there must be some kind of mistake somewhere becos I don't have an account with Homechoice. They said I must fax the proof of receipt from the post office, I did that but the calls became worse then decided to call the post office only to find out that they said all the homechoice parcels got lost. Told homechoice and they said I must fill in a claims form from the post office, did that. Then after some time I receive an sms saying "my account is now handed over to VVM attorneys". I was so shocked called VVM. The process is taking long, I can't Buy my house or anything because of Homechoice. I regret the day I placed an order AT HOME CHOICE.
