Wooden furniture very badly / serious damage

Received furniture & other stuff from Greyling T. Give me form to sign. Asked about wooden tabletop, 3 chair cushions. One of the guys said he is goiing to scour the tabletop. NO! I want it back with damaged, will have it repair on their account. Suzette from the office phone me. "Tabletop send this morning for repair. Store empty, don't know about cushions" I took pictures of cushions and send to Ian by sms. Reply on sms "the people is in Queenswood, not sure of the name, not at office, will let you know when back at office, store empty, don't know about cushions. Phone the office on 19th, Suzette don't have information, must get from Ian. At 11:00 phoned again " where is my tabletop?? " Ian just send driver with sprinter to collect tabletop from Soutpansberg road, cushions in my office. On 25th I asked an attorney's help. Ian very aarogant attitude. Table top in store, never send for repair. He agreed that I may send tabletop for repair, they will pay. Agreed on sms to pay to replace missing cushion. Can I trust him to pay for tabletop and cushion?? Why all the?? Why the arrogant attitude?? Why no explanation and no apology?? What happened to honesty and integrity??
