Unprofessionalism and poor service

On the 30/09, I placed an order with homechoice, all except 1 of the items ordered were delivered, no reason was given to me as to why the last item is not being delivered, which I feel is very unprofessional, when I called in, I was told that they are out of stock and this will be delivered by no later than the 24/10, its now the 28/10 and I still don't have this item, and again I was not advised of anything, on the same call, I asked for a debit order to be loaded which was not done, which again i feel is very unprofessional, why should I have to stand in a long queue at the bank to pay this, when I specifically asked for a debit order to be loaded? when I called this morning to check on why I still do not have the item ordered and why my debit order was not loaded, I spoke to a consultant named Imtiaz, who had such an "I don't care attitude" that I dropped the call, is this any way to treat a customer!!! you can be sure I will never buy from you again!!!
