Received Damaged Goods twice!!!

HomeChoice is taking me for a ride and is embarrassing me from the start. I have spent so much money and they treat me like.

I need to follow up from them and then also I receive a broken item twice.

When I ask for an apology they just ignore me.

I ordered an item and paid cash. They delivered the item broken. I had to pay to send it back and I had to follow up with them if they received it. Then it took 3 weeks for them to send it back and believe it or not it is broken again!!!

And believe it of not... I got billed for this item again!!!

I want a full refund with interest. They need to send someone to collect the item from me even if they send the CEO.

I also refuse to give back the free gift as this will be seen as your apology for making me feel like this.

This is the last time!

Let's see if this will take weeks again!
