I called homechoice today about my order, System says its was dispatched and using post office website I can track. After trying for several days to track I decided to contact post office as I was not winning. I was then told that the tracking number that I have PFS18955022 is invalid. I then contacted home choice and was told that the courier company will deliver items to my home address. I told the lady I was talking to that there will be no one at home during the day I need courier company details so they can deliver to my work address. The lady said they do not have details of the courier company (I mean really now) What irritates me the most is that they have got my contact details wrong so the courier company cannot even call me and I will have to wait for the company to return the items back to home choice and they will dispatch again. I was told that I can't cancel the order also. I mean I have a parcel that I cannot track and I am certain that I will not get it as the couriers have wrong contact no. The lady I was talking to had nerve to say I must not ask her why they have the wrong contact number as I ma the one who gave them wrong numbers. Homechoice train your staff!
