Shocking upgrade service and insufficient info

I upgraded my cellphone contract on 2 Jan 2013 through Game - to my own regret. They gave me insufficient information and I contacted my billing company after noticing online that my bill was unexpectedly high. I went to my billing company and they showed me on the system that insurance as well as a data bundle was loaded on my account. I went back to game and they could not help me as they were offline. The next day I went back to the billing company and these charges were amazingly reversed! In other words they hoped I would not notice! My billing company informed me that Game should reverse the other charges that was loaded due to insufficient information to me. The person who did my upgrade, Beauty, has been absent from work since I started asking questions about my account until today. I spoke to her the first time I queried my account and she admitted to not telling me that the upgrade is only valid on the 1st of the next month. I have not been able to speak to her for about three weeks! I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. Game should take responsibility for their mistakes and ambiguous contracts.
