Great Service

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed on Saturday by the excellent service i received by one of the staff members! i went looking for a boot on the shop floor, had no luck finding it but upon going to customer service one of the guys there made it his mission to ensure that i left the store satisfied. I'm not sure what his name was but he really went out of his way to look for the shoe i wanted, and upon finding it made sure that it was the right size before moving on to the next customer. i really am very happy with the service!! keep it up!
