Charging Interest and Insurance on settled account

On the 30/05/2013, I paid Game R500.00, thus settling my R496.59 debt. On the 10/06/2013 Game Head Office billed me for R5.41 (Interest) and R2.00 (Customer Protection Insurance). I was billed on my OVERPAID account. I phoned Customer Servicers and spoke to Sisanda (Reference no: 1306270007402). I asked her why I needed to pay in on an overpaid account. I pointed out that Game in fact owed me R3.41. Sisanda stated that I was suppose to contact Game and inform them that I was going to settle my account. She stated that if I did not inform Game of settling my account, then I would be continuously be billed. I have settled my account many times, and never had I ever informed Game. Sisanda stated that she would ask her manager to reverse the billing and that she would get back to me within 48 hours. After 288 hours... Im still waiting for feedback.
