Bad, insufficient client service

Ever since October 2013 I am trying to upgrade my cellphone contracts at Game like I have done for many years. First I went to my hometown Witbank's branch of Game. I went there on a daily base: the computer was either off line or there was one consultant who did not really want to help. I decided to go to Middelburg's branch. I was greeted by an unpleasant girl called Ayanda. For more than a hour she "helped" me. My wife asked her to please change her attitude and better her service delivery. She took an hour to print one of the contracts and could apparently not upgrade the other. The computer was on line in front of us, but she went to the "back". For approximately an half an hour she was non existent. Then she came back with the excuse the computer is off line. My wife tried to call the floor manager with no positive result Game is steering to a complete disaster with NO capable staff at TWO branches People standing in queues and staff standing around not willing to help. Really how can any retail company show such bad service delivery? We went home upset and still without my phones
