I went to game sandton on the 27/11/2012 to upgrade my cellphone contract, and I took out insurance for my cellphone and advised the person who was assisting me that i want a combined debit order. she said it's fine. I paid my first premium with the upgrade fee. 2 months down the line, i checked my statements and did not see insurance premium and the cellphone statement did not include insurance, so I went to Game to query and the lady said she can't help me, I need to speak to hollard people, it has nothing to do with Game. she gave me call centre number that I needed to call, and I called that number, it was game call centre number and they advised me that they can not pick up my info on the system, no details were submitted to them. I went back to the shop and was refered to a manager because she can not help with hollard staff. I spoke to the manager, they took down my details and said someone will contact me, that was last week, i have received no call from Game or anyone regarding this. Now I want the money that I already paid for premium, I don't want this policy anymore. I can not imagine if my cellphone was lost, damaged or. I'm so dissapointed with the service.
