I ordered a tablet from [URL Removed] on the 6th of November 2013. It stated 24hour (1day) delivery.

Today is the 21st, still no tablet. Customer support is friendly, but not helpful or doesn't know the answers. (If you phone)

Should you try to email, you get the message that they will respond within 48 hours, if they do respond it's 4 days. Usually there just isn't any response.

I paid via EFT, so I don't mind to wait the 5 days for the payment to clear and show in their account. (I did email proof of payment, but still no update on the system). But what happened after it cleared? No shipment.

The new system is not working at all. Today was the last day I ever ordered from [URL Removed]

I want my money back with interest, expenses. Or my tablet tomorrow with some written apology/reward.

Shame on you guys, this is not how business is done.
