Refund pending since September

I was offered a refund on a DOA tablet received from [URL Removed] The tablet was delivered 19 September 2013. I started to setup the tablet, and just got a white screen. Reboot, etc did not work.

I contacted kalahari, who sent a courier to pick it up, and promised me a refund. I ordered another tablet, that one arrived and was proper.

I'm still waiting for a refund. A couple of weeks ago I managed to apparently "request" a transfer of the money from my kalahari account. I've done that, but I'm still waiting for the money to be transferred. I bought the tablet for someone else, with their credit card. They are not happy with me being unable to return their money.

Please fix this. Please give me the money back, I've been waiting long enough.
