SHOCKING SERVICE & 2 HOURS FOR VITALITY ASSESSMENT

I was scheduled to do my vitality assessment (hiv, glucose, weight etc etc) today. The sister took over an hour to assist me and seemed a little confused as to what needed to be done. She mentioned that she was a contract nurse and was filling in for a locum sister. she could not find the strip to complete my glucose test and searched for about 30mins. she eventually called a male pharmacist who also seemed confused. when i asked if he could contact the nurse that usually works there, he stated they dont have her number. i asked then who the manager was and he replied stating the manager is on leave. no accountable person in store. the nurse mentioned i should come back to complete the test. naturally after an hour i responded saying there is no way i could come back as i had an appointment. the sister could have setup her work place on arriving at work before helping me and other patients. she mentioned that the computer system was also offline or not working. eventually she called someone and that person told her what to use as an alternative strip. it appeared that the bins were not emptied for 2 days! This is not a clicks clinic and some action needs to be taken. terrible!!!
