Bad service, bad attitude

When is PnP head office going to do something about the Claremont store? Today I had to endure bad service at the cafe, staff arguing loudly with one another and poorly stocked fridges. Stop taking advantage of your location and start earning the loyalty of your customers. Please don't contact me with empty promises again. Just sort out the issues in your store and I'll post a positive comment when I see the change.
