About 2 months ago we bought our coach as well as other furniture from your Overport Branch. The service started of great and once the sale was done and contracted signed the service levels dropped poorly in flash. I am not one of those that generally complaint however its the shocking attitude of the store staff that to date my scotch guarding for my coach has not been done. I called the sales assistant who help me with the sale and had no joy with empty promises. She told me i had to pay and when i doubled checked my contract i actually was charged for the scotch guarding. When i went back to the store she said she will sort it out but to date nothing has been done. I spoke to the branch manager who also promised me that this will be sorted out and still nothing has been done. My 4 year old son has dropped stuff on the coach and i am afraid it might be too late to recover the damage. I am at a point of not knowing what next to do and who to speak to about my experience. To date i did not receive any call from Russells Overport to ask me if this was completed or not and its a shame on you Russells on such poor CUSTOMER SERVICE.
