My Name is Jennifer Kruger and I am a new client to Russells. At this point I have two accounts one at Vereeniging Branch and the other at Meyerton branch where I was treated fairly and had no problem with the service. Now for the first time since i opened my first account in April I get called twice in one week to follow up on a payment date on the 19th of the month even though my account is up to date i get treated like a criminal. I get calls at my place of work and when asked why they say I do not answer my cellphone. I work with clients and have no way of telling that a call on my phone is from Russells to ignore them, I would have answered should they have phoned me on my cell but they would rather make me out to be lieing. What poor customer service. And then to get told that you will keep on phoning me for a set payment date every month that is harrasment to me. I work from 7:30 to 16:30 every week day and told her that i do pay my account the first Saturday after the 25th (salary date) whereby i got this response. The service is unsatisfactory and i will not leave this here I want this sorted and await an urgent response.
