I bought furniture from Joshua Doore in July 2013, a fridge, 2 Multi Robes, a base and mattress.
The robes were faulty since i bought it, i layed 3 complaints with Joshua Doore they did send someone to look at it and i was informed that the robes must go back to the shop for repairs which was in September 2013, till to date no response from them.
My robes are still not fixed and i want to settle the account. I went to Joshua Doore to ask them if i settle the account will they still fix the robes and they said no, they will not fix it even though the account is settled.
They said the furniture are not under guarantee.
I don't know what to do anymore, cause every time i enquire about the fixing of the robes, they send me from pillar to post, i have the furniture for almost 5 months now. My name is Lorraine Peterson id no: 560811 0072 084.
