Hirsch - Do not shop at Hirsch

My Fiance' and I purchased a washing machine, fridge and portable air conditioner from Hirsch Centurion. On the date of delivery I received a call from the delivery company at 9am to tell me that they are delivering my goods. After a few hours I contacted the salesperson, Nicole asking her when are they delivering my items. She called back saying that it will be delivered no later than 16:00. I bought R800 worth of meat just before the expected delivery time but the delivery did not arrive. After several phone calls we were told that the delivery will be late. The delivery company telephoned to tell me that they can't make it but I insisted that they deliver it on that day. They eventually arrived at 10:30pm. All the meat that I had purchased was already spoiled due to the heat. The air conditioner did not have any accessories, manual, remote etc. When I enquired about it the next day I was told to bring it to Centurion. I drove there and then they tell me that they don't have a knew one for me. They wanted to give me the accessories of an already used one. I don't advise anyone to shop at Hirsch. I lost more money shopping from them. Who will replace the meat? Not hirsch
