I purchased a leather coach from the Knysna branch, a few months later the arm rest of the coach was peeling. I called the store and spoke to the manager and was told by him that he would contact the Area Manager. The Area Manager came to my home to have a look at the coach. He confirmed the coach was indeed a defect and they would replace the coach. They replaced the coach and not the pillows which i was not happy about. The whole unit was a defect & should have been replaced. Later the pillows started peeling i went to the store and told the manager who then spoke to the Area Manager. I heard nothing for months so i sent a mail to the Head Office. With no response i contacted head office again and they informed me that they would refund me in vouchers less than half of what i paid. I was not happy and felt cheated. I was asked to contact the store to arrange for the coach to be returned. I contacted the store, spoke to the manager and he told me that I must arrange my own delivery and I can contact head office if I'm not happy with that. He was extremely rude, aggressive and load. I returned the coach at my own cost, but not happy with the way I was treated.
