About a month ago i placed a complaint on Hello Peter about the couch i had purchased from Russells in Overport and the shocking after service. I then got a call from Mrs. Francis from Russells who came to my aid she was very helpful and showed honest concern in my service i had got my Overport. I would like to place on record that she went out of her way to ensure i has happy at the end and made no promises but just got things done correct the first time around and was a pleasure dealing and talking to her. She is customer focused and puts the customer first in every rest of it. Well done Mrs Francis and keep up the excellent service.
