I took my hard drive in for repairs in the middle of August and heard nothing from CNA for two months. I called to check what was happening, and after checking their books, was asked, "Are you sure you left it here? " I confirmed leaving it there and was told the person responsible was not in. I called again and was told that the supplier was waiting for parts and they would get back to me. This merry-go-round has been going on since. I call and go there and am always told that I will get a call back. On one such interaction I was told I was getting a replacement because they still didn't have the parts. I was also told that my original hard drive had been destroyed (along with all my information) since I was being given a replacement. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the replacement (or a courtesy update at least)!
