5 damaged parts to laptop in less than a yea

I bought a Dell Studio Laptop in March 2012 from Universe Direct. In June last year the hard drive failed, and the keyboard was faulty. A technician replaced both parts. In October last year the keyboard was again faulty (sticky keys) and the dvd drive was no longer working. A technician came and replaced the parts. In January this year the 2nd hard drive failed. I phoned Stuart Daniel and said I didn't want any more parts replaced, I wanted a replacement. Stuart said I should write an email to him and Neil (the owner) and they would take it up with Dell. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them again. I receive an email from Marius (Technical Manager) to say I had to phone Dell and get a credit note number so they could replace my machine. I phoned Dell who refuse to credit the machine and say they will send a technician to replace the hard drive. Call universe direct at 4:30 (Tues aft) and Marius, Neil and Stuart have all left for the day. Receptionist refuses to give me their cell numbers. I ask her to phone Marius and get him to call me back... still waiting!
