R 14, 500.00 FOR REPLACING OIL PUMP

I had taken my car in for replacement of oil pump as they said, my car spent the whole week at Mercurius Motors in Polokwane, cnr Grobler and Nelson Mandela Drive, 015 299 9500 and i was charged R14, 500.00 for that.

To my surprise when i requested for the damaged parts or the replaced parts to be given back to me i was told they have thrown them away.

Even if i did not request for it initially when i took the car in for repairs, how does a so called reputable dealership throw away parts valued at R 14, 500.00 without checking with me if i would like to have a look at it.

I am so disappointed and i'm not taking thi lying down as i will demand justice going further.

So i would like to advise other consumers not to use Mercurius Motors as they will also get the same bad service for such a huge amount of money.

I will contact the Ombudsman and require legal assistance as well.

My money does not grow on trees.

Blakie Swart is a manager who could not give me any better explanation, we do not need people like him in the Democracy that we fought so hard for.
