CheetahComputers Aliwal North withheld my property

I bought a computer hard drive 500gig from them with a casing that the hard drive fit in. I asked on numerous occasions for my proof of payment and each time I was promised I will get it. It never worked properly till it stopped worked totally. I then gave it back for replacement in the beginning of December 2012. Mr Pieterse said that it is stiil under guarantee and will sort it out for me. I only got the hard drive with casing back in the beginning of May 2013, that is 6 months that I waited for the hard drive with casing, during this time hard drive and casing still under guarantee. When I received all back Mr Pieterse told me that hard drive have a two year guarantee again. I again asked him for proof in writing and he said I will get it, still waiting. The hard drive with casing did AGAIN not work properly and I gave hard drive back to Mr. Pieterse who tested it and told me that it was the casing that cause the problem FROM THE BEGINNING and that he will replaced it.when I want to collect my hard drive by Me. Pieterse she told me that I must pay almost R500. I told her it is unacceptable, new harddrive cost that amount. Now they dont want to give back my harddrive and casing!
