I am so disgusted with Capitec bank service. Visited the bank on the 26/06 @ 17:15pm was assisted by Lesiba to do a replacement card. He kept me waiting for a while never took time to give me feedback about what is going on. I eventually asked him what the problem is; he told me that they can't access my profile. After 40mins he told me that he was offline and he is sorry there's nothing he can't do. I asked for a manager and I was told that she is on the phone, they called her 3 times and never took time to come and check what is the problem. The bank failed to assist me, they could even go an extra mile to show that they are sorry and offer some courtesy. All I saw was arrogant people that didn't care what I was going through. I was left stranded with no card, neither funds. I fail to understand why was I asked to wait 40mins watch people being served and later I am told that you guys are offline. I was inconvenienced and no one cared. its funny that i have to struggle for my cash. the same cash I worked hard for and when it comes to the bank collect debit order you guys I very quick. A card was printed for me but still I cant use it. I want this sorted out.
