Not happy with service receive

I keep on receivin sms's from TFG stating that my account is overdue, I made a payment on the 22/08/2013 and again 23/08/2013 full instalment with overdue, in Sept i received a call from JP saying my acc is overdue then i explained to him i have made 2 payments in Aug then he said i must just pay R910.00 at the end of Oct and he will get back to me. I made the amount as promised however i never got a call from JP besides an sms again. According to myself my acc is up to date and they keep on billing me for sms and phone calls which is unfare towards me as i am paying my account. I have also requested that they must decrease my limit as R910.00 is not affordable every month.
