Cash Converters = cash ripoff

I called Cash Converters Randburg to come evaluate some items I no longer need. They would not come out unless I sent photos first. So I called the Blackheath (Jhb) branch ; they sent 2 people including a driver called K.G. With a great deal of rude aggressive behaviour the driver of the van - K.G - offered us R200 ($20) for a very large home gas fire/heater (must have a chimney for it) in working order but admittedly elderly (He had no clue what it was) a Kenwood Chef in perfect working order and spotlessly clean; a Sunbeam Mixer (working); an antique 2-seater school desk; a golf cart (as new); 2 large as -new golf travel bags, a light golf bag - as-new. I went to the Blackheath branch as I have bought from them before and the Randburg branch would not come unless I sent photos. My daughter called the owner of the Blackheath branch to complain how rude K.G had been &; the owner was equally rude. Are Franchisees supposed to be like this Cash Converters? So the whole lot is going to charity, and the golf stuff will go to emerging young golfers. You have been warned people. Cash Converters - cash ripoffs
