3rd Month accused of overdue account

This is now the 3rd month that I have been accused of an overdue account with MTN among allot of other numerous other complaints I have logged before from them, got SMS's saying I have exceed my Credit Limit by a ridiculous amount and have now been suspended. Then I had to call them to explain that they have made an error. It a joke. How can these people keep making errors on their billing every month. Now today I have indeed again received a Waring of an overdue account. How is this possible, when these fools deduct from a debit order from my bank account? Please MTN Wake up. Sort out your billing and stop irritating me with your SMS's that are clearly FALS. Employ people who know what they are doing. And rectify my account.
