Account Settled. Getting account overdue calls

I have settled my account on May 10 2013. Got a settlement amount from Homechoice and made the payment.
1month and a half later I am getting calls to say my account is overdue for R58 rand & I must make payment immediately, I have ben getting calls everyday from different people asking the same questions, dont they make notes of the previous calls. And no one can tell me that they will sort this out for me. I cannot do other things because of an overdue account status, that I settled 2 months ago!!! I want this written off with immediate effect please.
