Store Manager with no people skills

Tried to purchase a gift for my nephew and there were only two of the items in stock, both lying open on the shelves. Manager didn't seem to be bothered that it could be damaged and wanted to sell it as is at full price. She couldn't even come up to me and explain or apologise. When approached by her staff in front of me, not once did she acknowledge me as a customer, make eye contact or even speak to me directly. Thank you to Mario and Brent for excellent service though.
