I was most disappointed once again at the service I received from Woolworths. I tried to purchase two items at the Rosebank store but was told I couldn't. This was apparently because the items were being sold as two pieces, I only had managed to locate one of the pieces for both items. The tops were nowhere to be found and my gripe was why I should be charged for the full amount when I could only get hold of just the one item. The Textile manager at Rosebank advised me that she couldn't sell the garments to me as they were being sold as two piece items and that the price couldn't be discounted. When I asked for the other pieces I was told they couldn't be found. I have only had my account with Woolworths for 2 months and this is already my second service complaint. I am now not sure that there is value in keeping my account opened as I believe that your Store Managers should be able to make customer service orientated decisions. I would like those garments or equivalent to be sold to me at a price that makes sense to a reasonable person regardless of whether or not they are on special. 20130820-274999251
