Horrible attitude & customer service from Manager!

Yesterday I visited the Phoenix Jet store to exchange an outfit that was bought for my 7 month old daughter & also to purchase some other items for her. After waiting 20 mins in the queue I was advised by the cashier that I could not exchange the item. After speaking to the manager Regini her first comment was that my gift was purchased on the street because I did not have a receipt. I advised her that it was a gift purchased by my mum from another store so I was offended by the comment she made. When people buy gifts they don't give you the receipts even this Jet Phoenix store does not issue gift receipts! She scanned the price tag confirming that it in fact belonged to the store & not bought from the street! She advised since they didn't have stock of the item she cannot exchange it & no receipt. I always buy stuff from Jet stores & exchange items in any close branch but NEVER experienced a problem before aside from yesterday. Other large retailers in the Edcon group even accept gift exchanges without price tags. I was horrified with Regini rude attitude & offensive comments which shows she does not belong in a retail store having no sense of good customer service being a manage
