Poor service/ Bad attitude from staff and manage

I am very disappointed from the service I received at Stuttafords store in Sandton City. I visited the store on Saturday, 15 June 2013 to purchase a Father's Day gift. The store was busy as expected. I was looking for a jersey size in a certain department and couldn't find it on the half empty shelves. I decided to look for a staff member to help but could not find anyone. I left the jersey and went to another department. In this department I couldn't find a size either as the shelves were all a mess. I looked again for a staff member to help but couldn't find one yet again. Highly frustrated at this point I went to a till point to ask for assistance. One of the male staff members came to my assistance and just says "sorry whatever you see on the shelves is all we have" without even going to the department to look for the jersey size. I then asked he should at least go check in the storage areas before coming up with that conclusion- he refused and said he knows what's on the floor as it is his job to know. VERY BAD attitude! I asked to speak to manager as I was receiving pathetic service. I waited for over 20 minutes in the store for the manager who never came! Highly upset!
