Shocking service

I went into your store today to purchase a couple of fairly expensive items. In your whole range of cotton bedding you had only 1 duvet set in queen size. Upon querying this with your staff I found their attitude very disinterested and unprofessional. I called for the manager who could only say sorry. She made no attempt to help me find something else. Upon going downstairs I then wanted to purchase a plasma tv stand with matching side table. And of course you had no stock, then don't bother to put the items on display!!! I then suggested that I would take what was on the floor but requested a discount. Your sales guy approached the manager on duty who did not even bother to acknowledge me, did not speak in English, so I could not understand what was being said. When I asked her what her decision was she said very rudely that you do t offer discounts and I must wait for stock. Well you just lost out on R4700.00
