Do not by any means support this store!!!

I am so disgusted and disappointed in the service I received at the GamesRUs store in Meyersdal!!! Please warn your friends about this store and paste it on your wall. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did and lose as much money as I did. Promises were made and not kept, and to make things even better; even though their receipt clearly states that they will give you a refund, they offer you a voucher instead, why would I want anything more from this place??? That is why most people do not support small stores! I hope the owner will leave his meeting that he has been in for three days to read this post and show a little more interest in his customers! That is how he makes money after all! SO DISGUSTED!!!
