Refused to refund warranty because of vouchers

I returned a Samsung Tablet to your store, the tech support was helpful in acknowledging the fault on the device and I requested a refund. The store manager then refused to refund my warranty. I paid R700 for the extended warranty and because the vouchers that came with the warranty where not present, he would not give me my money back. When I asked him "What if I already spent the vouchers at another store? " he simple replied that I couldn't get the refund on the warranty. Then he insisted that it was R500 worth of vouchers. What a load of nonsense. If the R500 is that important, then why didn't you give me the option to pay only R200 for the warranty? The fact that they are included in my warranty was seen as a gift from your company to encourage additional future purchases. Now he has held back the refund on the warranty until I show up at the store with the vouchers. I am extremely disappointed that you have a sales manager of that caliber at this store. He simply did not have any other solution but to make me leave and cost me the trip back to get my money. I paid you R700 for an extended warranty, not vouchers!
