Very upset and very dissapointed

I bought a game on sunday 31st apr 2013 and it was a whole lot of, the cover says 5 new games for the ps3 move and after 2mins after of use i put it in the cover and returned it the next morning. They tell me at the store i cant return it as its used and they will give me R50 for the game. Then the manager has the audacity to start telling me about the consumer protection act. The reciept states i can bring the game back within 48 hours if i am not satisfied with the product, BUT it also states the product must be in the original packaging and be sealed. NOW how do i test the game and still bring it back sealed and there are no move facilities in the store and the assistants dont inform me on the product. All i wanted to do was exchange it for something better but now they forcing things to become nasty and i will be taking steps against bt games as my consumer rights have been overlooked by them. i also see that bt games have vast amounts of negative reports so they are definately not looking after there consumers but rather just filling their pockets. i will not support them and i will ensure that my family and friends avoid there stores in the future.
