My sister in law purchased a ring on lay bye and settled my lay bye on the 30 September 2013, she bought my wedding ring as a gift. When the lay bye was out I didnt like the ring as I had not seen it before and i wanted something different, I looked for other rings at American Swiss but found nothing, a few days after taking out the lay bye I went to the store and spoke to the manager she promised to give me a full refund because I had not found something I liked. I left the ring in the store and the manager has it for over a month now but refuses to give me my money, she says that she hasnt received enough money in her till, the cost of the ring is R4020. I called headoffice on 6 occassions and they said that the matter would be resolved and I would get my money to date I have not received it, I am disgusted with this store and false promises, this manager just doesnt want to refund me when the policy says you will be refunded in 30 days. I want my money back or I will take this to the OMBUDSMAN IMMEDIATELY. I am extremely disapointed with such customer service when my family have for years trusted AMERICAN SWISS and have purchased from the.
