Terrible service and attitude

I was the last in the queue but waited patiently for my turn and when it was my turn she called a friend and started counting her money. I asked if the till was closed and she just said she's still counting money in her drawer. The other lady said "serve the customer I'll come back. She closed the drawer and started scannin, I then asked for R200 cash back ans asked that she gives me 2 R50's and a R100 she just said I withdraw R200 and that's what she's given me that change she has is for cash customers. I am irritated because she had change and I saw it plus she made me stand when there was no need. She doesn't belong inthe front line
