I went to Morkels Festival mall to purchase headboard for twin beds on the 28 January, the deal was approved and I paid a deposit of R1000. I was promised by the manager that delivery will be made before end of the week. I waited the whole of last week and no delivery was made. I went back to the shop on Saturday and the manager (Nelly Mdluli) assured me that delivery will made the same day and she even promised to call me before 11:AM to confirm delivery, but the promise was not kept and delivery was not made. Eventually on Monday delivery vehicle arrived, but unfortunately where I stay big trucks are not allowed to enter the premise. I am not staying far away from the gate and the item that were delivered are not heavy, but to my surprised the delivery guy refused to offload the items. I begged them to offload the items and not to return with them, but they just told me rudely that they will come back tomorrow with a bakkie. I immediately went to the shop to cancel the deal the deal. I even informed them that I was going to write on hello peter about the ordeal, but they seemed not to be bothered. I just want my deposit back and will never go back to that shop. purely bad service
